Terms and Conditions: Brevity Communications

1. Payment for speeches

All speechwriting services must be paid in full before the final speech is delivered to the client.

2. Payment for other services

For new clients, all other services are payable cash on delivery (COD unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Client approval of content

All content, copy, speeches, and written material must be reviewed and approved by the client before use or publication.

4. Responsibility for accuracy

The client remains responsible for the factual correctness, claims, names, dates, statistics, and any legal or reputational implications of the content once approved.

5. Revisions

Reasonable minor revisions are included in the original quotation. Substantial changes or additional work may be billed separately.

6. Copyright and usage

Copyright of written material transfers to the client only once full payment has been received.
